[Technological Innovation] With the increasing refinement of mini excavator application scenarios, the limitations of traditional hydraulic transmission systems have become increasingly prominent. High leakage risk, low control accuracy, and high energy consumption have become industry pain points. Recently, a domestic construction machinery enterprise launched a new type of electric actuation system for micro and mini excavators, redefining theprecision powerof micro construction machinery with innovative technology and promoting the industry transformation towards high efficiency, green and intelligence.
It is reported that the electric actuation system is centered onhigh power density motor + precision reduction mechanism + intelligent control algorithm”, achieving three major technological breakthroughs: first, nano-level precise control, using a self-developed planetary reducer combined with a high-precision angle sensor to achieve 0.1° rotation accuracy, adapting to refined operations such as ancient tree fertilization and indoor decoration; second, ultra-high power density, with output torque increased by 30% under the same volume, ensuring that small equipment still has strong digging force in narrow spaces; third, intelligent energy saving, with a built-in IoT module to real-time monitor the load status, automatically entering sleep mode when idle, reducing the overall energy consumption by more than 40%. At present, this technology has been applied to a variety of 1-3 ton class mini excavators, widely adapting to scenarios such as landscape maintenance, indoor decoration, and emergency rescue, with good market feedback.
